Pre-school facilities at places of work significantly improve productivity, as employees can work with peace of mind, knowing their tiny tots are well taken care of. This sentiment is echoed by H.E. Nawab Raunaq Yar Khan, the 9th Nizam of the Asaf Jahi Dynasty.
“The advantages of having Pre-Schools within the IT Parks, and workplaces, offer relief to employees,” said H.E. Nawab Raunaq Yar Khan, the 9th Nizam of the Asaf Jahi Dynasty.
Khan further elaborated on the benefits of such facilities, stating that they not only increase productivity but also reduce absenteeism. He shared these insights during the Independence Day celebrations at My School In Italy, located in QCity at Gachibowli, of which he is the brand ambassador. The occasion was marked by tiny tots from the pre-school demonstrating their amazing skills in dance and physical exercises.
In a commendable initiative, the school is providing 100 per cent scholarships to 20 deserving pre-primary students. Furthermore, 15 teachers will be trained in Neuroscientific skills for 140 hours, free of cost. Upon completion, they will be awarded Cambridge Certificates. My School Italy stands out as the only school that teaches Robotics and Gymnastics to children as young as five years old.
The school was founded by Dr Aperna Volluru, a Telugu-Italian Neuroscientist from Telangana who married an Italian and has been living in Bari, Italy, for the past three decades. Dr Volluru is one of the 260 Neuroscientists worldwide and the only second entrepreneur in that specialization.
“My School Italy is the First Neuroscientific Preschool in the world,” said Dr Volluru, “and ours is the only Pre-School which aligns 100% with the National Educational Policy.”
The school has expanded its reach, with 50 branches in India, including three in Hyderabad.
Former civil servant and president of the Indian Red Cross Society’s Telangana unit, Ajay Mishra, expressed his admiration for the school’s infrastructure. He generously offered free health checkups for the students.
Malti Morisetty, General Manager of Q-City, highlighted the benefits of having a creche in the workplace. She noted that such facilities foster a sense of belongingness among employees, further enhancing their commitment to their workplaces.
